Meet Monica

Monica started Monica Day Handmade in 2021. She made her first quilt in 2019 and quickly fell in love with the art form. After sharing her work on social media, she was encouraged to create quilts for others. Many nights of pondering later, she started the process of creating a business with the goal of spreading love and good vibes through handmade goods. 

Monica’s initial offerings included quilts for babies and military families. Today, she offers these plus many more. Soon, Monica Day Handmade will include other household and fashion items. 

Monica currently resides in the Boston suburb of Hopedale, MA with her husband in their vintage home. She has lived all over the country and loves to travel and explore. If you’re interested in commissioning a quilt, please find more information on the commissioning page.
